Summary: Inspire confidence in clients by communicating effectively at all stages of a project.

Time commitment: 3 hours per week for 3 weeks (One hour online course material, 1 hour for task completion, plus 30 minutes weekly check-in with PM Heroes.

  • Presenting project plan proposals and getting clients’ buy-in
  • Presenting the status of a project to inspire confidence
  • Leading review meetings and capturing feedback
  • Handling client feedback and change requests
  • How to deal with unreasonable client requests and manage scope creep
  • Maintaining a project history log and audit trail
